Progress Report (September 29)
Although registrations closed at the end of August we are still able to accept a few more late ones.
Registrations number 90 which has created a few logistical problems for size of facilities but these are all overcome and we have three motels booked out and two buses booked for the trip.
Registrations will now all be held at the Community Centre on Caroline Bay. Commencing at 2.00 p.m.
We have a very interesting and full programme and all we need is three fine days.
All facilities are booked and as soon as we receive full payment from everyone by the 30th November all will be confirmed.
